The first foldable phone from OnePlus was introduced on Thursday in India and other markets. The device features a 7.82-inch AMOLED inner display combined with a 6.31-inch outside screen, both of which can refresh at up to 120Hz, and is powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU. Three Hasselblad-branded rear cameras are present on the OnePlus Open, one of which is the LYTIA-T808 “Pixel Stacked” CMOS sensor from Sony. It sports two selfie cameras and a 4,800mAh battery with 67W charging compatibility.
OnePlus Open price in India, availability
In India, the cost of the single 16GB + 512GB RAM and storage configuration of the OnePlus Open is set at Rs. 1,39,999. It will be sold in the country’s retail outlets as well as on Amazon, the official OnePlus website, and in Emerald Dusk and Voyager Black color variants. Pre-orders are now available, and general sales commence on October 27. Customers can also receive a trade-in bonus of Rs. 8,000 on certain devices and can get an additional Rs. 5,000 off by using their OneCard Instant Bank or ICICI Bank discounts.
The OnePlus Open is available for pre-order today and will go on sale via OnePlus.com, Amazon, and Best Buy for $1,699 (approximately Rs. 1,41,300). Pre-orders for the OnePlus Open, which costs EUR 1,799 in Europe (approximately Rs. 1,58,100), are now open. The phone will be available for purchase on October 26 through OnePlus.com.

It has a 7.82-inch (2,268×2,440 pixels) 2K Flexi-fluid LTPO 3.0 AMOLED display with a dynamic refresh rate of 1-120Hz, a touch response rate of 240Hz, and a maximum brightness of 2,800 nits. The 6.31-inch (1,116×2,484 pixels) 2K LTPO 3.0 Super Fluid AMOLED display on the OnePlus Open has a dynamic refresh rate of 10–120 Hz, a touch response rate of 240 Hz, and a maximum brightness of up to 2,800 nits. The business claims that it features ceramic guard protection material. The TÜV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Care certification applies to both screens.

OnePlus Open Camera
The OnePlus includes a triple camera array with a Hasselblad name for images and videos. It has a 48-megapixel primary camera with a 1/1.43-inch Sony LYT-T808 “Pixel Stacked” CMOS sensor, an 85-degree field of view, an f/1.7 aperture, optical and electronic image stabilization.
A 64-megapixel telephoto camera with an OmniVision OV64B sensor, OIS, EIS, a 33.4-degree field of view, and an f/2.6 aperture is also included in the OnePlus Open’s feature set. It has a tri-state alert slider similar to that on other OnePlus flagship devices. The device features a face unlock function and has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.
