The new Edge-series phone has a hole-punch display with a refresh rate of 144Hz and is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7030 SoC. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo has a dual rear camera setup led by a 50-megapixel primary sensor and is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 68W wired fast charging. The device was first unveiled in certain foreign markets last week. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo is projected to fight in the sub-Rs. 25,000 price range alongside the Realme 10 Pro+, iQoo Neo 6, and Samsung Galaxy M53 5G, among others.

The Motorola Edge 40 Neo is priced at Rs. 23,999 in India for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage configuration. The most expensive model, with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, costs Rs. 25,999. The phone will be available in three colors: Black Beauty, Caneel Bay, and Soothing Sea, and will be available through the company’s India website, e-commerce site Flipkart, and select retail shops beginning September 28 at 7:00pm IST.
Motorola is offering a special seasonal discount of Rs. 3,000 on the handset. However, there is no news on how long this launch promotion will be available. The Moto Edge 40 Neo’s launch offerings include a Rs. 1,000 discount for purchases made with specific bank credit cards and EMI transactions. In addition, no-cost EMI alternatives begin at Rs. 3,500 per month.
