Ganapath Part-1 Movie Review : Tiger Shroff | Kriti Sanon | Amitabh Bachchan

Movie Review: Everything begins with a conflict that splits our society in half. The high-tech “Silver City,” where you see more drones than people, was built by wealthy people. Poor people are thrown into “Gareebon ki Basti,” wearing clothing that must indicate their socioeconomic status. Except for hope, they have no access to food, drink, shelter, or money. They think that Ganapath, their savior, holds the key to their destiny. It turns out that the chosen one is Guddu, who enjoys his opulent and hedonistic lifestyle in Silver City. Guddu remains devoted to his tutor “John, the Englishman” (played by Palestinian actor Ziad Bakri) until their abrupt breakup.

Ganapath develops a concept that mirrors our sobering reality, where the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. The idea behind the film is something new in Bollywood, where movies of days rarely ever address socio-political crises. However, a story with this kind of a beginning requires a lot of world building. It can be challenging to combine mythology, science fiction, and real-world topics.

The story’s huge potential is hurt by the movie’s overwhelming desire to provide film-like enjoyment through a serious social discussion. Songs that aren’t essential, romance, and humor feel like breaks in an otherwise depressing story. Poor graphics are immediately noticeable. They don’t do much to increase the film’s scope or realize the director’s vision.
Tiger Shroff needs to put more effort into how he delivers lines and develops an emotional connection with the characters he plays. The writing uses a Mumbaiyya accent, but it lacks impact. Aapun ko itni padi hai ke apan aise jeetay hai jaise apanko koi padi nahi hai, Duniya haseenon ka mela, Jab aapun darta hai toh bohot maarta hai, and others leave no lasting effect.
